I present Deciphered Melody’s Mascot:

Suisei da yo~!

We may have the same name…or Username in my case…but they both mean different things. Mine means planet Mercury, hers means Pure Water {pure as in purity}.

That image is the one I uploaded a while ago over at “Open Your Mind” and decided to make her the mascot of this blog! I didn’t want to show only the black and white image here, so I fired up Photoshop, drew in her body, and opened her right eye!

HETEROCHROMIA FTW!! I just thought it was cute! I originally had it blue and green…but realized those colors are too common, Asuna {Mahou Sensei Negima}, Yuna {FFX}, and Suisei Seki {Rozen Maiden}…hey look another ‘Suisei’!! ^_^’ …already have blue or green colored eyes…so I changed it.

I gave her a white plain dress because…well, it easier to draw!! ^_^’ But it’s still in the concept stage so that white dress won’t be her trade mark clothes. Since she’s a mascot of a blog dealing mostly with music, I’ll probably add a music note clip on her hair instead of the bow. I’ll also give her an i-POD or some other portable music device…not too sure about that idea.

I’m still open to ideas, so if you have one it’s fine to tell me.
